We came in to have a strep test since 2 of my daughter's friends tested positive for strep. She was tested, met with an AWESOME doctor that gave us suggestions on how to treat her symptoms since she did no have strep with the rapid test. They also sent her culture to the lab so we are awaiting those results as well. Start to finish we were there less than an hour at 7:30pm at night. WELL DONE!
The service of this place leaves a lot to be desired, to begin with, the people who show the face of the clinic spend more talking than attending and despite the fact that the nurse and the doctor were very kind in their treatment, they did not give me any document that indicates my daughter's diagnosis or the medical prescription with the indications of use of the medicine. When I called to ask for some sustenance to present to my daughter's school, they told me that they could not give me any written information and only wrote on a sheet sent by message where it indicated that my daughter had attended the clinic to be treated and that anything they contact them. Update: this morning they sent me all the information to the portal that they have, although yesterday on the phone they told me that they could not provide me with that information, I appreciate that they have provided it to me. I hope it wasn't just because of my complaint.
Rocky start with not knowing the merge between D. John and Ped on demand however, the staff responded professionally and beautifully thank you for showing patience to me during a frustrating time. Staff at the location were friendly and her new Pediatrician was wonderful. Location was very clean smelled sanitized, warm and overall welcoming.
Their office was clean and very cute friendly. The fish tank and colorful characters and animals made our visit even more relaxing, and chill. Very, very well mannered and experienced doctor on hand he was thorough and professional, and my daughter liked him.
My sincere appreciation for the excellent care my son received during our recent visit to your clinic. We arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and were pleased to find the wait time minimal, less than fifteen minutes after check-in. The clinic's amenities, such as the comfortable children's chair and engaging décor, created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for my son. He particularly enjoyed watching his favorite program, Bluey, on the television provided, which significantly eased any anxiety associated with the visit. Your attentiveness and kindness throughout the appointment were exceptional. We were very impressed with your thoroughness and the care you showed in addressing my son's health concerns. The convenient location of your clinic, just five minutes from our home, is an added benefit. We will certainly choose your clinic for any future urgent care needs.
