I initiated a contract for a business in 2021 and Courtney was assigned as our treatment professional. From day one it has been the easiest and best experience! So much so, that my husband and I initiated a contract for our own home and are lucky enough to have Courtney treat our house as well. I can’t say better things about Pelican Pest and the ease they offer for service set up, contracts, payment portal, scheduling, or really anything needed.

Courtney Holden has provided our monthly service for our entire time in Kenner. She is very detail-oriented, mindful of keeping my home clean, and provides clear guidance on how to prevent any insect activity.

Called on 12/17 met with Ronnie Gardner 12/18 bright and early. He had already completed most of the inspection before I arrived. He took the time to show and explain everything happening and the offered solutions to everything found. My schedule is jammed around this time of year and Ronnie is making sure that our pest control needs will be taken care of before the hectic holiday. Thank you Ronnie and Pelican Pest Control
