Terrible spa experience. We did the couples spa day which was a private room beginning with hot tub, followed by massage and facials. The hot tub was tiny and wasn’t able to fill up past waist level, they served soda water which was not much of a luxury vibe. The massages were OK, nothing to rave about but where things really were awful was the facials. The facials were horrendous, there was a few cream applications and just massaging of my face the entire time. It felt much more of a face massage than an actual facial.. the two estheticians barely spoke English and at every step when we asked what was being done they couldn’t clearly answer. For a $1300 experience, you’d expect the person giving you the facial to know what they’re doing to your face. At the end, the facial left my face feeling greasy from 3 layers of cream… the worst part was you’re told to undress for this spa treatment and the attendants waited for us to get out of the beds to escort us out of the room which was so bizarre and uncomfortable. Normally you have a moment to relax in private and take your time getting up - seemed they were in a rush to clean up the room as we were the last appointment. Wouldn’t mind that if I wasn’t paying $1300. Overall not worth it whatsoever way better spas - very below average experience at a very above average price.
Very relaxing and refreshing! I booked a fully body massage and facial package. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Wendy and Virginia were very sweet and the treatments were really nice. I might have even dozed off a couple of times because I was so relaxed. The place itself was really clean and comfortable. I was given tea beforehand and a snack of fruit, cheese, and crackers after. The fresh mango juice was delicious! I felt very pampered. Thank you!
The service and environment were both excellent! I had the 111SKIN hydrating facial and a massage both were incredibly relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The beautician and massage therapist were super friendly and professional. They even served tea, macarons, and fresh fruit — such a lovely touch! I felt so good after the massage that I went and treated myself to a big bowl of ramen. Highly recommended!
My husband planned a spa day for us for our anniversary & he came across this place because of all the great reviews and the aesthetic of the place in the photos. This place was beautiful from the moment we walked in, from the front desk, locker room, lounge & our private VIP suite. I personally have not been to many spas but this one takes the cake so far for one of the best experiences i’ve had at a spa. You truly feel pampered by the spa staff. We had the jacuzzi for 45 min followed by a massage & facial all done in the suite and we were relaxed for the whole 3 hours (dozed off a bit too during the massage and facials cos they were soooo relaxing). We were aware that our massage was done by professionals who were not RMTs and didn’t mind because they did an amazing job & really listened when asked to change pressure. The staff was super attentive and we were given light refreshements after our facial in the lounge area. The place was nice and quiet, unlike places like go place where it’s not as relaxing due the flood of people and noise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an actual luxury spa day and relaxation. Would also come back ! Thankyou so much for making us feel special today :)
Amazing experience! My husband booked a facial and massage here for my birthday and it was one of the best spa days I have had. It was extremely clean, relaxing, and the decor made the atmosphere feel very calm. Great snacks and juices post massage and shower and steam facilities were beautiful as well. Will be back!
