I was referred here from another autobody repair shop and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Luke, Kyle and the rest of the team were excellent with their communication throughout the entire repair process, and the repair job itself was superb. My car looks brand new! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for collision repairs.
They assessed the damage and ordered the parts, then called me back on time as agreed. All the work was completed within the promised timeframe, and I was able to pick up my car right on schedule. The only downside was the long waiting time. Guys, you really need to expand so customers don’t have to wait so long. Overall, the work deserves a 6 out of 5! Big kudos to Kyle and the team!!!!
Luc and Kyle and the guys did excellent work on my RAV4 lately, in time at very short notice. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks for your excellent work
Having your car vandalized is never a good experience, but the team at Pembina Auto Body and Glass helped make it all better. After my claim was approved, they ordered in all the parts I needed, got my appointment in early on a cancellation, made special pick-up accommodations so I could go camping on July long weekend and to my surprise detailed the interior. Give Kyle a call and they'll do great work!
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Customer service from day one was impeccable. Luc and the team made me feel comfortable with the entire process and outlined the next steps. As soon as the parts came in, they notified me immediately and scheduled my repair for the following day. They said it would take 1.5 days to complete and they were spot on. We coordinated a way for me to pick up the car after their shop closed and I was blown away. They replaced the front bumper and went on to details the entire vehicle. I’m blown away. There’s not enough good things I can say about these guys. Use their service with confidence.
