My experience with Chris and his company has been as good as it gets from our very first conversation throughout the work that he performed. He is honest, genuine, and totally customer oriented. Moreover, his communication throughout the project was frequent which I really valued. He invites feedback and questions, as well. It is obvious that his goal is to do his job as best as he can and to have a happy customer. I could not recommend him more.

Penfield Window Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job today April 1, 2025! My windows are so spotless they look like they’re missing. The team was extremely polite, professional, and went above and beyond— even cleaning my huge free-standing mirror without me asking! They were also very communicative throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service. Will definitely be using them again!
