We’re very happy with the services we’ve received from Peregrine. After being ignored by 2 other pest control companies, Cathy, the service representative responded to my enquiry within minutes. She took time to answer our questions, explain things, and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Once our appointment was made, the technician showed up on time and was respectful and professional. It was good as an experience dealing with uninvited critters can be.
Wow!!! We called Peregine because we hoped they would be able to help us with a mice problem we were having. Ken showed up early, and walked through the front door ready to go! He was clean, dressed for business, and full of knowledge about mice that we never knew. We were so thrilled with how thorough Ken was. Going through the house, inside and out, He really knows his stuff. The service we received, really impressed us both. We highly recommed calling Peregrine if you are serious about protecting your home from unwanted guests.
We have used Peregrine a few times and all experiences have been excellent. Adam, in particular, has been very thorough and knowledgeable. We have had two live skunk removals; one deceased skunk removal ; and one red squirrel removal. He knew exactly what to do.
Andrew S. came over today and was wonderful to work with. Asked about any issues with mice and voles, reported back about the bait use in our traps and had supportive suggestions. I find everyone I have delt with at Peregrine to be super positive and very helpful. Highly recommend them all.
We have been very happy with the service from Peregrine Pest Control. We moved into a new home in the west of the city and inherited a mouse/vole infestation which was quite significant. After a few visits we seem to have finally controlled the problem. We also needed to have some bird spikes installed in a couple of places. We have worked with another large pest control company in the past and their service does not compare. What impresses us about Peregrine is they take the time to explain what is causing the problem and how to fix it. And they actually show up exactly on time. Real customer service - they actually communicate with you (honestly). They do not just drop off some boxes and disappear. We made some other changes in the yard and I think we are now in a good place. We have had Adam and Garrett and they have both been amazing.
