Chandler at Perfection PC was sensational. He was able to walk me through a quick-fix on my malfunctioning keyboard over the phone. And at no charge! This company is going to be the place I go to for any computer problems from here on out. I highly recommend these guys. Update! I can't believe it's been four years. My desktop was doing weird things and I called Perfection--just like I'd told myself to do four years ago. Brian came over almost immediately and did his magic. My ancient Dell is working like new.
Took my laptop in for a diagnostic. Staff were friendly and started troubleshooting right away. They were honest about what my repair options were and did not try to upsell me at all. This will be my go-to shop for computer issues moving forward.
My company laptop was victim of the Crowdstrike update and plagued with the Blue Screen of Death. This team took on the challenge of getting me back up and running, after our company IT department threw up their hands. This company was able to get my booted back up in the same day. Then got in touch with my IT department so they could remote in and run some final tests that admin privileges were needed for. These folks did not need to take on my issue, and I am so grateful they dove into the challenge. Thank you to everyone who stepped up for me.
