Cannot fault this service at all. Highly recommend, we have never had an issue like this in the 14 years living at this property. A first for us cannot thank Ceri enough for her advice, and her personality is wonderful, great to chat too, really knowalagable. Such a lovely person that knows her job very well. Would happily have Ceri back if we ever have any more issues in the future.
This was my first time using Pest Solution and the experience was very positive. Jarvis was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. After each visit, he provided a clear and detailed PDF report, which made everything easy to follow and very reassuring. I was particularly impressed by the use of fluorescent powder to track mouse activity. This method was surprisingly effective in identifying where the mice were entering and exiting, allowing the entry points to be located and dealt with properly. Jarvis also carefully checked every corner of the room, making sure nothing was missed. They offer a one-month warranty, starting from the third treatment visit, which was explained clearly. Overall, the service was transparent and effective. I haven’t seen any mice for a while, so fingers crossed that’s the end of it.
The representative called very soon after we sent the query. Conditions were explained clearly with no pressure to go forward. Clara, our inspector, was punctual and professional. She did a great job, was very thorough, and answered all our questions.

Ewan called me back very soon after I put in an enquiry, and offered a prompt appointment. Excellent service, friendly, and reassuring as it appeared we had mice and wasps. Ewan immediately put me at ease despite having seen critters in the loft! Extremely thorough inspection of the whole property before 4 visits to properly deal with the mice. It’s worth paying for a decent service. Ewan was great, and although I hope we won’t need the service again, I’d definitely go through Pest Solutions if there is a next time.
