I’ve never had my cat groomed before and was worried she’d cause trouble but Dan handled everything with perfect care and speed! A great conversationalist, understanding and very professional. If you’re considering getting your pets groomed here, I couldn’t recommend him enough:)
This was my baby’s first grooming session, and I couldn’t be happier! She came out looking amazing and was so relaxed after the spa treatment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, they even took the time to answer all my questions about at-home brushing and shared helpful tips and tricks. The place is clean, welcoming, and clearly cares about pets’ comfort. If you’re looking for a grooming service that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them!
Was new to the area and had to find a new groomer for my dog, Pinot (cockapoo) and I’m SO glad I decided to try Pet Spa. The owner is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. He truly cares about animals which made me feel so comfortable about leaving my dog here - even though it was our first time. I will definitely be returning soon :) thank you!! The photos attached are from the first week after his groom!
I am very happy with the work done by Emma! We came twice so far and will be coming back! First time was for a face trim and they were great at finding a spot for us and communicating what they needed such as for me to wait outside as my dog was too interested in me and wiggling. This time we went for a full groom and Emma took her time to hear my request, understand that our pup may be skittish due to past negative experience at another groomer and gave great recommendations on what we needed based on weather and my dogs lifestyle (working service dog). Thanks again to Pet Spa Toronto for understanding the animal and owner, listening and communicating effectively and overall great experience. Plus my dog looked amazing! Best cut yet by far!
We took our 3-month-old toy poodle, Bit, for his very first grooming, and we couldn't be happier! The staff was so gentle and patient with him; he came out calm, clean, and looking absolutely adorable. Bit was very floofy (which we loved), but with the summer heat, he needed a shorter cut. They did such a great job trimming him while keeping his personality in the look. He couldn't stop looking at himself in the mirror when we got home; it was the cutest thing! We're so grateful for how well he was cared for and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
