First, the arrangements are fresh and beautiful. People I know who appreciate good flower arrangements are pleased with the product. Second the customer service is exceptional. Mariah called to alert me of a delivery issue, the delivery person said they had to leave the flowers outside. I looked and did not see them, we are in a condo complex with full time desk staff, and they did not see them. When made aware of this, she immediately, no questions ask, started a new arrangement to send out. We did find the mis -delivered arrangement later, but her response was the delivery error was unacceptable and to enjoy both arrangements Yes I will order from Petals and Decor again
My sister sent me flowers and I was amazed at how beautifully designed and well put together the arrangement was. I was also notified when delivery would occur so that I could be ready to receive them and they wouldn't be left in the lobby of my building. Outstanding service and an excellent product. You definitely want to order from Petals & Decor.
I have worked as an EA for a company for the last 5 years, and part of my tasks is to purchase thank you flowers to have delivered to our VIPS. I have favorite florists and shops around the US. Petals and Décor is an excellent source for fresh, lovely flowers, arranged with an eye for beauty in the San Francisco area. I called and spoke to Mariah twice - once in June of 2022, and again this December 2023.I can't say enough about the quality of the flowers, and the customer service provided by Petals and Décor. My message to my recipients is quite lengthy at times, and I was able to email the shop and have them print or write out the message to ensure that our sentiments were correctly given to our clients. Petals and Décor sent a "BloomSnap" of the arrangement before it left the shop, which enabled me to add the photo to my gift data base for future reference. I spoke to Mariah when I called - over the two orders I placed with this shop - and she has been consistently professional and courteous. I know who to call when we have another gift to deliver in the SF area. Thank you Mariah, and thank you Petals and Décor!
Just Another Manic Monday....NOT When your Birthday lands on a Monday, you want to make sure that your week starts off on the right foot. Petals and Decor fit the bill since their arrangements are so colorful, fun, and unique. I chose the Autumn in West Portal arrangement to send to the BDay-Celebrant. Their online ordering process is simple and easy to follow. The arrangement was delivered in a timely fashion and the recipient loved the gift. Thanks Petals and Decor for your artistry and gift of joy. It really made someone's day a special one.
My best friend and I were walking by Petals and Decor this past weekend. I saw her captivated by one of the arraignments in the store, so that night, I ordered her one that was most similar, asking for it to be delivered on the first business day. The flowers that showed up to her house were absolutely beautiful. The colors and the smell were amazing. She was beyond happy with what Petals and Decor created for her... Therefore, so was I! This small store gets my highest review and regards, and I will absolutely utilize their services again the next time I want to brighten someone's day!
