My husband Dan recently took our dog Luigi for his pet bath at this store. It was exactly the same service as last month and he was charge approximated $10 more AFTER he called and confirmed PRICE when he made the appt (Helen?) and AGAIN confirmed SERVICE/PRICE today when he dropped the dog off. Upon pick-up (Helen?) gave him the bill which was escalated BY APPROX $10.00 and he called the manager (a man who was no help) as he desperately looked through our account and confirmed we were charged $29.00 for the SAME service last month but in January 2025?? we were charge $37.00 (reaching) 9 mos ago??. He then went over to the grooming department and they denied that they had confirmed quote and then he was told it was extra anyway since Holiday season and husband PERHAPS had received senior citizen discount last month (again he was reaching). Manager/staff actually took more time denying and making excuses than good customer service & honoring what was right. Elderly man (manager) was NO HELP as he obviously covered for his dishonest "Grooming staff". WILL NEVER TAKE OUR DOG THERE AGAIN!
Sherman loves staying at the PetSmart Hotel! Alana always takes such good care of him, and he’s super happy every time he goes back. You can tell she really loves what she does. I always feel at ease knowing Sherman’s with her!
We use this location to get our Bulldogs specific brand of food. They are always in stock. The store is kept clean and organized. I always end up with extra things in my cart. The cashiers help me maintain my rewards and use them at checkout when needed.
How cool was this??? PetSmart has a doggy Hotel, a home away from home. My sister brought her little fur babies on vacation and while we were doing touristy stuff, the little ones had a babysitter at PetSmart. Great idea, especially for San Antonio where there's a lot of touristy things to do!
Thor needed a good brush and trim and he got it. He came out a different dog! Staff was patient with him and they took the time to make sure he is 100% brushed and trimmed Best petsmart groomer that I have been
