Seriously blown away by the work Phat Boyz Car Audio did for me! I went in wanting a custom subwoofer enclosure, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the initial consultation to the final install, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about car audio. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered insightful suggestions I hadn't even considered, and built an enclosure that not only sounds incredible but also looks fantastic in my vehicle. The craftsmanship is top-notch – solid build quality and a clean finish. My bass has never sounded this good! Shop is great and the owners were very friendly. Installation exceeded expectations and no corners were cut. As a first time client i was more than satisfied and would definitely be back for any of my car audio upgrades. Straight car audio heaven carrying some of the finest equipment in the industry!
I've been coming to this shop for years now.... Recently- I tried to install my own system and created havoc by accidentally creating a shortage. Not a good experience 😕 However- Joe helped get my system back in play - *Word of advice - Bring over your Vehicle before trying to install your own system - (Specially if it's your first time) - Tell Joe how you want your vehicle to sound and he will make it happen. - This shop is known for *Slapping- Competition * 🏆 's To show for it! Mom 👩 and Pop ❣️ Shop - Supper friendly and honest atmosphere. *JR - Works in the shop as well / He also gets supper down with the SOUND!
Absolute worst experience at this place. I can't express how awful this business is. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else. The owner installed my speakers and took my money as fast as possible. I immediately noticed that the new speakers he installed sounded worse than my original speakers, not only that but now there's a terrible static/rattling sound whenever I listen to bass music. And! he lost some parts to my interior door frame after he reinstalled them so now they're loose in some spots. I reached out to them to follow up on these issues and they ignored my phone calls until I came back in person and they told me there's nothing they can do about it & just stared at me until I left. Bottom line, the worst businesses are those who are quick to take your money and quicker to ignore you/brush you off if there are any issues. That's what you're going to find if you go to this place.
