Tommy built me a kick ass PC. Supplied him all the parts and he was finished within a few hours. Overclocked it for me and got it way over performing what I thought it would be at! If you need a PC built, call and ask for Tommy!
Tommy and Silas helped me out getting my battery replaced and my screen I would highly recommend getting my phone repaired here! I recommend more people come visit them Tommy always offers great service and exilent customer servise
I believe this may have been the best experience at a tech store I've ever had, our tech tommy was super cool, gave me and my buddy a killer deal on a controller repair. Super transparent, gave us updates, super helpful. Highly recommend.
Jamie was SUPER HELPFUL and COMPLETELY HONEST with me today. I went in to get my back glass repaired on my old iPhone. He gave me a price, I agreed to the price. I mentioned in passing that I was just trading it in and I just needed it fixed. He asked who I was trading it in with, which I told him. He informed me that the particular carrier that I was trading it into, didn’t matter if the back glass was broken or not. Only the front. He could have taken my money, He didn’t. He could have not said a word, but he did. Honest people are harder and harder to come by these days. I really appreciate the transparency from Jamie and the staff at Phone Doctors. You may have missed out on some money today, but you gained a lifetime customer! Thank you!
