I was referred to Physical Therapy of Plano by my pain doctor for my lower back disc issues. On my initial visit, Carolyn took great care in asking all the right questions, examining my lower back, and taking me through all of the physical motions to test the limitations of movement on my lower back. Once the root cause was determined, her staff tailored a PT regimen to help me strengthen and reactivate muscles that help relieve stress points on my lower back. During PT sessions, she is constantly in the PT room providing support and over-watch for her team of PT assistants. After the PT is finished she is the one who administers the muscle massage therapy for her patients. She is a great PT doctor who is charismatic and has a charming personality that goes along with her care for her patients.
Knowledgeable professional staff, make you feel welcome and that, they are concerned with your circumstances, very friendly. I am new to the area and got an appointment quickly.
I love going to PT when it's with Carolyn, Jennifer, and the Physical Therapy of Plano team. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable about how each exercise helps a different area of the body. I especially like the worksheets they provide for home exercises - the diagrams are so helpful! I feel motivated to keep up with my exercises at home because I really trust the team behind me.

Carolyn is extremely welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable with her as my physical therapist. The front desk receptionist is very kind. I was greeted with a smile and she was very polite. First impressions are everything and they provided an exceptional first impression.
