Everyone at the urgent care was very nice and made things very comfortable for me. I was in and out of there very quickly. If you have any problems that you need solved quickly pls go here. They really care about your well being.
I went here because of worsening medical symptoms. I was able to get a same-day appointment at a reasonable time. The administrative and the clinical staff were a great experience.
I had an amazing experience at Piedmont Urgent Care thanks to Diamond Pace. From the moment she walked in, her energy was warm, professional, and reassuring. She really took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. Diamond administered my treatments and medications with care, making sure I was comfortable and understood what was being given and why. She explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. When it came time for discharge, she went over my discharge instructions in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to do once I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. In a setting that can feel rushed or stressful, Diamond made the experience smooth, efficient, and positive. She is truly a gem and a huge asset to Piedmont Urgent Care. I hope she gets the pay and recognition he deserves!
The doctor that examined me was very kind and informative. The nurses also were pleasant and helpfull. All in all it's a great office. Took a bit long but they made sure all aspects are covered.
The facility was clean and the staff was amazing. The front office staff Najaya was friendly and helpful. My clinical staff Tiffani G was very patient and professional and her personality was very bubbly. The provider Madison Physician Assistant listened very well too my concerns and address my questions in a professional and knowletion geable. I recommend this urgent care location.
