I had such a wonderful experience with Rayanne ! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable and happy the whole time. I’m so grateful for her kindness, her patience and the way she explained each step of the process. The shampoo moment was super relaxing and I left with hair more beautiful than I could have imagined ! Highly recommend her, she’s amazing :)

I can’t even begin to explain how seamless my experience was! First time getting extensions- I got a full head of Serbian hair (beads) and my stylist colour matched me perfectly AND went through the entire process in only an hour (obviously it won’t be the same for everyone). I walked out feeling more confident and looked after than I ever have. I am so obsessed with my hair- I would recommend this salon to anyone and I have already told my friends about it!!! Edit: my stylist is Wellington and he is fantastic!
I’ve visited many hairdressers over the years, but my experience with the Pier Haddad team, particularly DJ, was exceptional. DJ knew exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience effortless. Thank you for making me feel amazing — it was my first visit, but certainly not my last. Can’t wait to come back!
