Patricia and Suelen are truly exceptional Pilates and flexibility instructors. I first came to them with an inflammation in a tiny muscle that was surprisingly debilitating, and I was incredibly stiff - fun fact: I had never in my life been able to touch the floor with my hands - I can now do that! My 11-year-old daughter trains with them as well, and she loves it. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in their clients’ progress. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The Pilates class with Claire was excellent. As a beginner, I initially felt nervous, but Claire created a relaxed and supportive environment. She explained each piece of equipment clearly and took the time to demonstrate the exercises thoroughly, which made it easy to follow along and feel confident throughout the session.
Today, I attended a pilates class with Claire, a Pilates Instructor Trainee. She guided me through various exercises involving back, shoulder, leg and knee muscles. It was an hour long session, but the time flew by. Claire was empathetic and supportive throughout. I could tell Claire is very passionate about pilates, and I would be happy to book further sessions with her in the future.
I can’t recommend this Pilates studio enough! I came in with third-degree scoliosis and years of back pain and posture issues. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and tailored the sessions to my specific needs. Over time, I noticed huge improvements in my posture, core strength, and overall comfort in daily life. What once felt impossible—standing tall and moving without pain—now feels natural. This studio has truly changed my quality of life. If you’re struggling with scoliosis or back issues, this is the place to go!
