I visited Pinot’s Palette this past December and overall enjoyed the experience, especially being able to complete a full painting in one sitting. I appreciated to take home a finished piece by the end of the session. The main difficulty I had was understanding the instructor. She was a small, tattooed young woman whose name I don’t remember; the way she spoke made it very hard for me to follow her verbal instructions. She had a strong accent, and her speech was not always clear. Because I am hard of hearing, this became especially challenging. I often couldn’t catch what she was saying, even when I was trying to pay close attention. Fortunately, there was a screen showing the steps, and I relied heavily on that to guide myself through the painting and finish it. Without the visuals, I would have struggled much more. I truly believe that adding captions or clearer on-screen instructions would greatly improve the experience for people like me and others who may have hearing difficulties. I also assumed that, for the price, a glass of wine or another drink might be included, but all beverages were extra. On a positive note, the Italian restaurant next door was very good and made the outing more enjoyable. I would consider coming back in the future, though I would likely choose a different instructor in hopes of having a clearer and more connected experience next time.
We had a company holiday party here and it was a great experience thanks to Tracy. She was very welcoming, good energy and kept the environment fun. I have taken a few painting classes in the past but this is by far my favorite. Tracy was very engaging, attentive and just an overall blast to spend time with. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants something fun to do.
Had our company Christmas party here with Tracy. 10/10 she’s so talented, friendly, and accommodating! Jeff is also a lot of fun especially when doing flower paintings. Pretty much, come here, paint, and be merry!
What an awesome experience and we WILL be back! 3 of us who have never been did a class Saturday night. The experience didn't disappoint. Michael the instructor, was thorough and patient, and all the other staff were great as well!!
Loved coming here. The atmosphere was great, the instructor was very patient and positive throughout the lessons. The artist instructor would walk around stating positive comments and was very helpful. I didn’t come with the intentions of doing something perfect, but to have some fun by myself and I genuinely had a great time. Oh I forgot to mention that the music that the instructor had was awesome, he played oldies and newer songs. People sang, were laughing, drinking, and having a great time. Will be back, but I wish the had discounts.😭 If that were the case, I would definitely be there more often.
