Had a tech come out to repair a leaking solder joint connected to my boiler. He ended up removing the valves and regulators beside the pipes that needed to be redone. When he was done, I was told that he couldn't get the valves back together without it leaking. I asked him if all the washers and gaskets were used, and he said they are flair fittings and do not require washers. IT WAS NOT A FLAIR FITTING. The washer was on the floor because he dropped it. He found it after I insisted there was a washer. Red arrow in picture. The tech also did not clean and retape / use pipe dope when reinstalling the pressure reducing valve causing the part to leak. Blue circled area of picture shows were I had to redo his work. Also told to fill boiler to the wrong psi. FYI, cold boiler should be 12-15 psi and thermal expansion will bring that up to around 20 when hot. Tech insisted it should be filled to 20 when I've had years of service advising of otherwise. I emailed these concerns and was told to let them know if I encounter any further issues. As if the issues I listed above weren't enough to validate a response. Definitely disappointed with the service received. This is on top of a water tank install from them that was sub par. Tank was not shimmed correctly and I had to shim it myself. I was offered a service credit and extended warranty due to the poor installation. Picture shows shims I used versus the one piece of copper tech used to shim.

My furnace had stopped working around the beginning of December. I had replaced the thermocouple but it still wouldn't light. I looked around online to see how much assessments are and found they're doing free estimates until March. I called to book an appointment, the man I spoke to was very nice. They were gonna come out the day I called but I needed it to be later in the month, they accommodated me easily. Leading up to the appointment, I sent pictures of the furnace brand and specs. I let them know I have 3 cats and a dog in case of fears or allergies. As well as giving them a heads up about my house being a major pigsty due to being in a very deep depression from losing my dad. Helen, who answered my emails was very understanding and kind and responded quickly. Joel who came to look at the furnace was in and out in 20 minutes. He was able to get my furnace going again, it seems it was a simple fix, thankfully, and no charge. Joel was very kind, polite, and non judgmental, just did his job and treated me with kindness and respect. He was also kind to my dog. Thank you Helen and Joel! We recently hired Pioneer Plumbing for a major renovation project, and they were absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Their team worked seamlessly with our contractors, making sure all the plumbing was done on time, up to code, and with incredible attention to detail. From the moment I met Jay Gaskell, their lead sales engineer and estimator, I knew I was in the right hands, I felt I was with someone experienced and knows what he’s doing and what the job needs. Their competitive prices were also hard to beat, so we ended up striking a deal with them. What really stood out was their expertise in planning, they offered great advice on the best layout and fixtures to ensure everything would function perfectly while also looking great. Throughout the project, communication was excellent, and the plumbers were always professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. It was a great pleasure to meet and deal with their experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians, all of whom were very knowledgeable, professional and best of all they listen to the customer and are very friendly. I can mention here, David, Steve, Scott, Joel, and their supervisors, Chris and Haydon. Renovations can be stressful, but Pioneer Plumbing made the plumbing side of things very friendly easy and worry free. The results speak for themselves, everything works flawlessly, looks great, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Luke! Luke helped us clear a completely blocked toilet and also fixed a leaking issue in our home. He spent over three hours working thoroughly and professionally, making sure everything was properly resolved. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, and never rushed the job. He even worked through dinner time without taking a break. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend Luke to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Pioneer Plumbing was fantastic to work with! Their technician, Costa, went above and beyond our expectations. We gave him multiple tasks and he handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and efficiency. What really impressed us was that he completed the work much faster than we anticipated, showing that this company isn’t out to overcharge but truly values transparency and fairness. We had reached out to multiple companies, and Pioneer Plumbing was the very first to respond. The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer care was outstanding.
