I got several quotes from different places for my hvac. Keifer was very helpful! He took his time. He checked into the issue more than the other guys. He asked me more questions. He obviously takes pride in what he does.

Was told by Cory during estimate that the Job would take about 4 hours. The cost was around $3,200. They arrived at the house for seven different days which ended up including cutting a hole in the wall with their repairmen coming to patch it. As far as the office goes, there was very good communication with letting us know that the workers were on the way. I did have to call the office twice to have them send us the Paid-in-full receipts. Stephen had to try many things to repair a toilet that was double flushing and figure out how to decrease the time it took to refill after flushing. He finally got it from 2 minutes 20 seconds down to 53 seconds. Thanks Stephen.
