Pirate Studios is my first music studio type experience. It was such a seamless process. I have been learning how to DJ so I wanted to try something a bit more robust than just my FLX-4. I went and the process is well explained, they tell you what you need. They did leave out that I needed "THREE" USB-A to USB-B cables, they only stated that I needed my own USB cables. Now I knew I would need one or two so I had to leave and buy another really quick. But other than that, GREAT experience. I felt safe. Equipment was quality, and you can change the colors of the lighting in your room to your liking. I used the DJ studio but they have rehearsal studios for bands too. I recommend if you want a place to practice your music or DJing in a more live reflecting environment.
Pirate studio is the most affordable and convenient studio in LA. I love it how you can bring your own laptop and lock in 😎🔊
Outstanding rehearsal studios. Air conditioned units. YOU CAN BRING YOUR GEAR OR USE THEIRS! They have a PA system and a drum set. Perfect place to come and get your jam on.
Great space thankful for them allowing my artist to shoot here. Always bring my artists out here . Recorded many tracks here with our equipment.
I recently went to Pirate studios for the first time and I tried out both the recording studio and the DJ booth. I just have to say this place was incredibly clean and covid safe, and the self check in allowed for a super smooth process of getting in and using the gear quickly. The tech was all brand new and super up to date. I blasted the speakers and still wasn't disturbing anyone else. The mini dance floor in the DJ booth was the perfect spot to dance to loud house music, which is something I was missing so much during covid. Absolutely book one of these places to vibe super hard and leave feeling refreshed and excited about music.
