The service guys have stopped coming to the door when finished with a report and to just say they are done. It was better when they did that. I think Jake may have sprayed poison either on or very near a package on the step that I had gotten which contained medicine. This made me nervous about touching the box although it did not seem wet. The surface around it was very wet. He could have either rang the bell to ask me to move it or moved it himself out of the spray zone. Please let me know if I should be concerned about the item inside. I'm assuming there is no problem?
Got to meet Neen today she was very professional and did a wonderful job. She even got under the house with no complaints and had a great attitude. Neen said she really enjoys her work and its a great fit for her. Very nice to hear that. Keep up that enthusiasm and hope to see her next time.
John was great as he always is. And yesterday's treatment was more complicated than others because of the unexpected winter activity of our boxelder bugs and a conspicuous rise in rat activity. We discussed how we could respond to both. John explained the options clearly and helped us decide on which actions he should take. Then he implemented the responses exactly as we discussed. I'd give John another A+, but I can't. He gets and A++ this time. Sam and Barbara Ham
All the staff we dealt with during this nightmare have been absolutely wonderful and understanding. Everybody was helpful. Courteous, professional and very informative from the very first phone call to schedule the estimate, the young man that came out to give us our estimate was very polite and helpful. And we felt comfortable leaving our home and possessions and the capable hands of Ben are spray technician. I would highly recommend this company and the Salem staff
I’ve had such a great experience with Pointe Pest Control. They’re always on time, professional, and super helpful with any questions I have. Eric is especially amazing—he knows my dog by name and always makes a point to greet him. That personal touch really sets them apart. I couldn’t recommend them more!
