I first met Julia Moss in 2015 when I was considering doing the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher training. She was generous with her time and listened to where I was coming from and was able to advise me that this course was the absolute right one for me. She was SO right. I went on to do the course which was fascinating and challenging in even measure. It has taken my love of Pilates and enjoyment of teaching to another level entirely. If you are considering Polestar and Moss Pilates for teacher training or classes, I highly highly recommend them. Go along and see Julia and believe everything she says! I trained with Polestar Pilates U.K. in 2003, passing my comprehensive exam in 2004. I’ve completed subsequent continuing education courses and I mentor students undertaking Polestar courses and exams. I’d highly recommend Polestar Pilates U.K. as a training provider and for classes. They constantly update their courses to make them cutting edge and their additional courses are always topical. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and want to help you learn and achieve. There are constant links to their overseas branches which provides a scope of more places and people to learn from and train with.
Outstandingly high quality Pilates training and studio. Polestar provides fully rounded, in depth courses that take your understanding and expertise to the highest level. They create a friendly and supportive environment and everyone is treated as an individual. Their systems for monitoring and supporting the progress of every student is robust and challenging. Having been to a number of other Pilates practices as a customer for Pilates lessons I was amazed at the level, quality and depth of the Pilates instructors at Polestar. Polestar was recommended to me as the place to train to become a Pilates teacher because of their high standards and comprehensive approach and I am very grateful to have been able to train with them. If you want the best training you need to train with the best and I couldn’t recommend Polestar enough!
I trained with Polestar UK in Mat 12 years ago and totally loved it. The knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of my teachers surpassed my expectations and gave me an understanding of Pilates and how to teach it that I will always be grateful for. Two years later I went on to complete the Reformer training and then a few years later the Comprehensive training and again I totally loved the content , delivery and support given by the exceptional Polestar team. I have been teaching Pilates ever since and my knowledge and interest in Pilates continues to evolve thanks to the foundations and back up given to me my the fantastic Polestar UK training team. I wouldn’t hesitate to give the highest recommendation to anyone considering a training course with them.
