Michael with Pool and Spa Doctors responded to my inquiries promptly. He repaired a leak in the pool pump and replaced a very old pool sweeper pump. The costs for each service was reasonable. Michael 's knowledge and expertise were appreciated. Will use Pool and Spa Doctors again in the future.

5 STARS…. If more I would ADD. - great customer service - responsive - EXPERTISE PLUS - HONESTY I can’t say enough good things. My weekly pool maintenance company town & county quoted me $6000 for a new heater. 15 min and $300 for a replacement part Tony Had IN HIS TRUCK and pool heater was working. Saved me $5700!!! I’ve been with town and county 20 years and will be canceling my service. They have let me down in more ways than this. Thank you to the doctors!!! Laurette Puhlmann
These guys are amazing! I purchased a home in Benicia last year and decided to add pool coverage to my home warranty. This turned out to be a really good idea as the pool heater started to go out in August. I called in the claim - but the warranty company sent over a pool tech from out of the area and they immediately seemed unable to diagnosis, just simply wanting to replace the unit. This would have been a big cost for both the insurance company and me with a large deductible. In rides Pool and Spa Doctors! Tony and Mike jumped right in as the insurance company wanted a second opinion. No replacement necessary ! Just some new parts and very qualified technicians - Yay Pool Doctors! In less than a weeks time, the pool was repaired and better than new! Thank you so much Pool and Spa Doctors.
Recently purchased a home with an older spa. I didn’t know much about the spa or if it worked properly. Tony was very easy to reach and we set up an appointment. He was on time and went to work on my old girl. He purged, drained and thoroughly cleaned the entire spa, refilled and set all the levels. He tested all the jets and pumps and took the time to explain every function. He sent me links to everything I would need to keep her up and running and reassured me that if there was any questions or issues to reach out. I couldn’t be happier with the service and can’t wait to dip a toe in! If you are in need of a quality spa or pool company, do not hesitate to reach out. You won’t be disappointed!
