Came earlier than expected insurance app ETA. Technician was very polite and called me in advance to let me know he was a couple minutes away. I was surprised by his promptness because it was during a storm. He was very helpful. Would recommend again.
The guy was very nice and fast. It was raining any the wind was blowing hard. He changed the tire very quickly and I was on my way. I had to wait 2 hours due to weather, but it was lickety split once he got there.
The service provided was quick and took no more than 5 minutes. My technician was swift and efficient. That being said, I was given an ETA arrival time of the service of 9:23 AM and my technician did not arrive until 10:15AM. I was not notified about the lateness until I called at 9:40AM to follow up on the service. Upon arrival, the technician asked me to move my car up and away from the curb despite having a completely flat tire and there being a FedEx truck blocking the back half of my car. When I asked if I could wait to move my car until after the truck left the technician told me, “Yeah, I don’t have time for that. Just move the car.” The car got moved and the tech did an efficient job of the service asked. I just don’t appreciate the rudeness and the rush when I was the one left waiting.
Excellent company! Joe the technician saved the day for my daughter and myself! He arrived before the ETA and fixed the tire in no time! We are truly thankful for his wonderful Superman skills! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone! 😊👌🏽
Servicio rápido, conveniente y de calidad; la ETA fue de 55 minutos y llegaron en 20-25 minutos. Cambio de neumático sencillo, y el técnico era muy competente y muy amable. Después de cambiar el neumático, revisó el neumático de repuesto y notó que había un daño menor (que yo no habría notado hasta que fuera demasiado tarde) y me aconsejó no conducir mucho con ese neumático y arreglarlo lo antes posible.
