One of the best and most reliable places for tire and brake repair. Been going here for years and years. Highly recommend. Nicest folks too.
Worst customer service ever!!!! I live down the street and still would rather tow my car than come back here. The mechanics them were great nice guys. The lady working the front was the rudest lady I have met at a tire store. She cares nothing about that you as a customer, to her your dirt. I am woman in my 30s crying and she won’t I help and or talk or listen. Because she wouldn’t talk. About the price she skipped me twice and had the guys help others even tho I was here and trying to get help.i was stuck here having a panic attack with no where to go stuck till the finish my car which they already did 3 by the time it was done ahead of me. etc Whoever owns this shop I truly hope you don’t keep her around or in charge you will have zero respect customers if she’s helping . I would let the tire guys over her everyday. Service with a smile and kindness go a long way for local shop not to mention she was on a phone video chatting whole time not okay even with debit cards being handle etc she still had it left it out. Rude service zero starts if I could !!!!!!
Came in looking for two used tires and they didn’t have any so they offered me new tires. I said okay because I just needed to get it done. Everyone was nice enough but I found out after that the tires they charged me $140 for were really worth closer to half that or less. I know it’s my fault for not doing my due diligence so definitely be aware of the prices here and make sure you’re not getting ripped off.
It was faith, destiny that led me to this shop. I hit the curb a bit too hard & it popped both tires front & back passenger. Look around for shops that opened on Sunday was not easy, and have stock rims for sale. This shop had a set of 4 Subaru Premium rims that I have alway wanted for long time. My 2022 Subaru Impreza looks so nice now!
This is the best tire and service shop you’ll find in the Portland area. This team is exceptional. They do great work and they don’t charge beyond what the reasonable price for the services are. Also, their used tire selection is exceptional. I got four tires worth $1000 MSRP for $400 and they’re all season and they’ve held up great. This is the place to go
