I got my blowout done by Ethan and he did an amazing job! I’m picky about how my blowouts look, but he nailed it! Wish I was a local so I could come here more often
Terrible service. Booked a blow out online and got no confirmation email or reminder text. Saved it in my calendar as 5:15pm and I arrived at 5:15 to be told that it was actually 5pm and they had cancelled my appointment. Without any sort of confirmation message I had no way of knowing this. Claimed they left a voicemail but I did not receive a voicemail - and they didn’t believe me? Tried to show them my phone, uninterested. No where on their website site does it say they cancel appointments so quickly. Go to Blo, dry bar or bloom instead. Might be a tech problem honestly looking at my account online it shows an entirely different time-9:15am? And honestly, when I originally booked over the weekend there were plenty of slots later than 5:15pm. Their page says they’re open until 8pm, felt like they were more interested in leaving early than my business.
Ethan Chee did a fabulous job with my blowout & style! He is a master at his craft. My hair is slick and doesn’t hold curls well but Ethan worked his magic, the hair style lasted all night. The picture is how my hair looked at the end of the night at midnight! I will be going to Ethan for all my event hair needs.
I had a specialty look with Ethan and he was just amazing. He is very efficient but also super meticulous. My Hollywood waves came just as expected and he gave me tips to keep the hairstyle in place and hide some of the areas I feel less confident about Thank you Ethan!
The salon is clean and has a fast turnover, so i appreciate that my appointments always start and end on time. This review is specially for Ethan~ he’s been doing my hair for the last 3+ years and he’s awesome. He has such a positive spirit and genuinely cares about how you feel and want to look walking out of the salon. I have so much hair (thick and long hair) and he somehow always manages to finish on time and leaves me looking polished. He knows my “go-to” blowout style but always welcomes one-off ideas when I have a specific event i need to tailor my look for. Go book a blowout with Ethan and you won’t regret it!
