Our recent experience at Pounder's Jewelry was so amazing I wanted to share it. I wanted to get my wife, Diana, a new wedding ring and thought it would be great if she could design it and make it truly unique. After asking around and checking reviews we settled on Pounder's. We worked with Lori D and she was truly a joy. Lori made the entire process seamless and enjoyable! The ring came out beautifully! The craftsmanship is excellent and we couldn't be more satisfied and pleased. During the process we also met the owner, C.J,. and found him to be very personable. Pounder's Jewelry will be our go to jewelry store and we highly recommend them!
Last minute call found us meeting with Teresa to look at some of my late MIL jewelry! She was so friendly, quick and professional. Great information was provided and we will be coming back soon to look at more of her jewelry! Thanks Teresa!

I have been dealing with pounders for over 36 years, and I have always got exceptional care. Looking out for me and not just themselves. They have always made it right! And they have made both my wife and my wedding ring. Then, other rings, necklaces and pendants, and now today I'm getting a watch for my stepdad and Ben helped me and did a great job. Thanks for being such a caring company. In today's economy, you can tell who are the good stores and who provides the best service. Because they're the only ones that are open now.
Teresa was awesome in getting my two Hamilton watches repaired at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed my interaction with this company and her as well. I specifically drove from the western part of Washington near the Olympic Peninsula just to come to this place off of a friend's recommendation. I am also grateful that Leo was able to repair my watches.
