Variety of classes that are challenging but could be modified to any skill level. Welcoming environment with encouraging instructors. I was just visiting but hope to come again when I’m back in town. $10 intro is a great deal to try out the studio.

I just had my 100th class at Power Life. I'm over 40 and I need workouts that are low impact and to use weights which under most circumstances I hate. The yoga sculpt class is perfect because it is fun and hard in the best way. I am WAY more toned than I have been in years and love the heart and soul of Power Life. Thank you Power Life for the journey!

I appreciate the conveniently timed classes, and access to all Power Life studios, making it easy to get my workout in even on the busiest days. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and community is welcoming. Regardless of your level of experience, there is something for everyone.
