Great local shop. Knowledgeable employees who are willing to take their time and discuss solutions to your computer problems. Most of the time I have my computer back within 1-2 business days and their prices are reasonable.
I went here for a PC with a power button that wasn't working. The tech did troubleshooting and confirmed it was the button and not something else causing the button not to work. He gave me the troubleshooting price up front and an estimate of the parts and time it would take. The part came in and job was done by the next day (a day earlier than he predicted). I did have to return as a wire was not connected but they fixed it right away and the computer is working well. The staff was courteous and professional. I would go back there again!
My power supply on my PC was fried. I called and was told to bring it in. After a quick assessment, Robert offered choices of replacement power supplies. I chose the one fitting my budget for this repair and was send on my way. Total time spend was less than 20 min. Very happy customer here
Robert was absolutely knowledgeable and Super Honest. He helped me out on understanding the laptop. Check my laptop out. Friendly, Clean Store. I didn't even need an appointment. Definitely GO to P&P PC........ Don't go to best buy they rip you off. Robert didn't even charge me for his time and knowledge. Thank you so much Rob. Definitely will be your customer forever.
