I had an amazing experience at Precision! Within a month's time, my shoulder pain was mostly gone and I had regained mobility/range of motion in my shoulder. The staff were helpful and kind, especially Hemang who always communicated the plan, and was always ensuring my comfort level along the way. (I enjoyed the experience enough to send a family member as well.)
I would like to give a huge shoutout to my physiotherapist Sunpreet and her PTA Aditya. I came in with severe shoulder pain and was emotionally overwhelmed to the point where I even cried during one of my sessions. Sunpreet didn’t just treat my pain — she supported me emotionally as well and reassured me with genuine care and confidence that they would help me heal. I’ve been seeing them for about three weeks now, and the results have been incredible. The improvement in my shoulder pain and mobility has been very noticeable, and I finally feel hopeful again. Aditya is equally supportive, professional, and attentive during every session. I am truly grateful for their kindness, patience, and dedication. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with pain — you’ll be in caring and capable hands.
I came to Precision Physio for help with TMJ/jaw pain that was impacting my day to day life from being able to work without my jaw hurting for my entire shift to not being able to sing and dance pain-free! I booked an appointment over the phone never having gone to physiotherapy before with a hope that I would be able to find someone to help me with the pain. The experience I found when I got there was transformational. Not only did I meet a team that truly embodies intentional and compassionate-care, but I got the chance to create wonderful connections with physiotherapists who truly showed care for me and my pain. Sunpreet and Aditiya explained all processes and treatments in their fullest detail, ensuring I knew I could ask any questions throughout the appointment, and checked in throughout to make sure I felt comfortable. As someone who has experienced many health issues without kind treatment, this has beautifully re-written my experience within healthcare systems. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I couldn’t recommend Precision Physio more ~ especially those with jaw pain, there is help for you to experience life pain-free.
