I just want to say thank you to Alena. Not for waxing me but for telling me to NOT get waxed. See I’m about to go on vacation and thought I’d give waxing another try, since I broke out in small red bumps 15 years ago. She immediately called and explained what happened and how she has a regiment that I must follow and I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it all in time for my vacation. Instead of taking my money, she knew it’d be better to not wax me this close to my vacation and teach me the proper ways to do it. I really appreciate that and will be rescheduling in the future.
Great team of professionals who make you feel welcome as soon as you come in the front door. Waxing is a rather intimate experience, and a tad "stingy", so I am really pleased I have found such a pleasant waxing salon that really puts me at ease. I am always quite happy with the results as well .Highly recommend!
I've been coming here regularly for a while after leaving my previous studio. On my first visit, my initial impression was phenomenal! Every experience after that has been nothing short of the same. First, I'm large bodied, and I noticed right off the bat that their beds are rated for higher weights (where I used to go, they used flimsy massage tables). Right away, I felt accepted and comfortable. Alena never has a shortage of things to talk about. She remembers our conversations and consistently brings things up that we've talked about in the past. I'm consistently blown away by her and her services (laughing through most of our sessions). I'd also like to mention the front counter person. He's amazing! He always has a joke to tell and a smile on his face. Overall, I won't be going anywhere else unless this establishment shuts down. I feel welcome and comfortable here.
¡Alena es increíble de verdad! La primera vez que vine, estaba tan nervioso, pero ella me hizo sentir completamente a gusto. La habitación es espaciosa, muy higiénica y, incluso, tiene una televisión que puedes ver mientras te depilan con cera. ¡Ojalá pudiera darle 6 estrellas a este negocio y a Alena! ¡Hacer la depilación con cera cambia la vida; ahora ahorro mucho tiempo!
Me encanta absolutamente el trabajo que hace Alena. Ella siempre hace que todo sea tan cómodo y fácil; ya llevo años trabajando con ella. ¡Ella tiene un espíritu muy alegre y siempre tiene una historia que vale la pena compartir!
