I only have the best things to say about this company! Christian (really kind, helpful and transparent guy) was instrumental in getting our insurance company to cover what they should. He went to bat for us and supported me in writing what I needed to write to get proper reimbursement from insurance. The entire roof including the roof on our garage was covered by our insurance company in the end. It looks amazing! And everybody who’s worked on the house (especially Paul and Sebastian) are super friendly. The company really has excellent customer service. They were in and out within just a few days and cleaned up well around our property. They also covered my garden to make sure my plants didn’t get hit from falling shingles. I would definitely recommend working with them.
Like everyone else, we had a great experience with Premier and Ryan Lee! He has been (and remains) unbelievably attentive and easy to work with. We had an especially long road to getting the new roof because our insurance company initially denied our claim, but Ryan and the Premier team helped us find an appraiser to appeal the denial and they stuck with the process until we were approved for even more work than the roof! The crew finished the roof and gutters in a day and a half. We had a small issue with some debris in our radon mitigation pipe, but Ryan worked hard over the weekend to send out a contractor who fixed it immediately. I would absolutely recommend Premier and Ryan!
We had a fantastic experience with Premier Roofing Company! Ryan Lee was our contact person and he was kind, honest and thorough. He was always responsive to our questions and truly went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The install crew was impressive as well, a very hard working group! Every employee of Premier that we came into contact with, from the office staff to all the individuals we met in person including Ryan Lee, Jake and Paul had fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this company, they were trustworthy through the entire process, there were no surprises and our roof looks AWESOME! Thanks Premier, job well done!
We recently had our roof replaced and ww could not be happier with the results! They provided a clear estimate, explained every step of the process, and completed the job on time with great attention to details. Our new roof looks fantastic and we’ve already received compliments from neighbors. Ryan who was our project manager was amazing and communicated with us during the whole process. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality workmanship, and excellent customer service!
From start to finish, the Premier group made the roof replacement simple and painless. Andrew, the initial contact was great in communication,and getting things lined up with the insurance company. Once the job was approved, the rest of the staff was just as diligent, and communicated everything perfectly, so I knew exactly what to expect On the day of the job, the crew was prompt, courteous, and super efficient. They left the property looking better than when they arrived, and the roof looks wonderful. Billing and insurance procedures were explained thoroughly, and when the final bill came in, there were no unexpected surprises. Hats off for making a bad situation go very smoothly.,
