Presidio Sport Medicine has been my go to place for physical therapy for the past 4 and a half years since my body decided to rupture tendons and other such things. I have nothing but praise for the dedicated staff from front desk staff to the well trained physicl therapists and therapy aides who are always knowledgeable, kind, professional and encouraging. My only complaint is that every now and then they let in a Dodger fan onto their staff. Fortunately the rest of the staff gives him as hard a time about that as I do, but for the last two years that hasn't seemed to restrain him...wonder why.
The quality and expertise of the therapists is exceptional and consistently top-notch. After careful listening, understanding and working with my learning style, goals, and setting realistic shared goals, a manageable, flexible and sustainable PT plan was outlined. After only 2 sessions with my PSM therapist, I learned more about my injury/condition and have a better understanding of how to ward off re-injury and work towards healthy sustainability, This is in direct contrast to spending 4 months at another PT practice where this did not occur at all. The partnership between the PSM therapist and the PT associate is tight, providing for a seamless patient focused session where patients can improve and thrive. The Center is spacious yet busy. Things seem to fluidly flow. While the gym is often seemingly filled, one never feels confined nor rushed. The atmosphere is energizing. Customer service at PSM is extraordinary. Responsiveness of the scheduling team & front desk staff, getting a live person when you call the office, receiving a timely call back, the flexibility in accommodating my availability and scheduling a number of weeks out, along with excellent communication and timely follow-up, are all uniquely excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied and thrilled about my decision to transfer my physical therapy care needs to PSM.
I have received physical therapy and transition training at PS&M several times over the years for different issues. The PT’s are knowledgeable, committed and help you to gain maximum strength and function. The aides working with the PT’s are equally committed , making sure that exercises are done with the correct form. Front desk personnel are efficient.
Presidio Sport & Medicine is as good as it gets. They listen to you, they give professional advice and they help you stay active! Their people are tops across the board and they have a great facility.
