This was my second visit and i loved it just as much as my first visit as model. The service was exceptional, Amanda asked questions and made suggestions that were very helpful. The much needed deep conditioning was soothing and definitely made a huge difference. I will be back and asking for Amanda.
Second time at PR getting a silk press. Deangola took really good care of my hair. Everything went smoothly and my press came out beautifully. Will be booking again.
I have a great experience with all of the stylists at Pressed Roots, but Cherish went above and beyond! She listened to my concerns and made sure I felt my most confident leaving the salon. She gave me useful, practical tips and provided me with a suggested trim schedule to combat my breakage to leave me with healthy, even ends. I now feel more knowledgeable in doing my part to maintain healthy hair between visits. I’m so grateful for my experience today!
When I stepped into the salon I was already impressed with the ambience and the vybe of the room. Beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The manager who greeted me was very polite and friendly and greeted me with a smile. I was excited to get my hair done because I could see from a distance other clients being well taken care of. All of the stylists looked like they enjoyed what they do and the clients all left with a smile on their face. It was my turn and my stylist was Deangela. When she found out it was my first time doing a silk press, sis added time to my appointment so she wouldn’t rush it! I really appreciated that. I got my hair cleansed and washed and conditioned and let me tell you, that scalp massage she gave me was heavenly. I could have fallen asleep. Then it got to blow drying my hair and my hair had shrunken so much after all that. So I was worried as to how she would handle my hair in that state. But she detangled section by section with a wide tooth comb and wrapped each section in a Bantu knot!! Yessss!!! That’s what I do! When I saw that I was like Thank you Lord! Haha. Then she did her blow drying process and she was using this spinning brush thing that almost felt like it was reaping my hair out but she knew what she was doing. I got my hair nicely trimmed and straightened and it was the straightest I have ever gotten my hair ever! It was so soft and silky! Then she gave me the most beautiful curls for styling! My experience was great and I will definitely be coming back for sure and recommending my people to your salon. Thank you for making my first time so memorable! Hubby loved the results!
I had the best time getting pampered here. Cherish took such great care of me. Throughout the entire appointment I felt the joy of being a woman 💗
