Jim, our technician is great! He's always very thorough and he communicates well to fulfill our needs. He always offers solutions and gives multiple options to attack any issues we have.
Jim has been doing inspections for us at Panera as long as I've worked here, and he's fantastic! He's thorough with his searches and makes sure to give us updates and ask if we've noticed anything since his last visit.
Our service gentleman Daniel I believe is his name always does an amazing job. He always finds me and asks if we have been haveing any problems or if I have concerns. And when I have he took care of them the same day. He also gave me some great advice on other things I can do im the store I work at to keep little critters out where they belong. 10 out of 10 all the way around!
