Went here today to shop for Christmas presents and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service! I unfortunately did not get the name of the lovely woman who helped me out, but you made the hectic Christmas shopping so much more pleasant and wonderful! They have a wide variety of products to choose from making it the perfect place to shop for gifts (for any season) or for yourself! I would 100% recommend Pretty Grit and will definitely be coming back!

A lovely spot with absolutely unreal customer care to match the beautiful wares. The team at Pretty Grit has gone above and beyond multiple times to hand-deliver orders early or switch to a more economical delivery method and refund me the difference, even when it hasn't been requested.
I shop here all of the time for closing gifts for my clients when they move. I shop here for wedding, birthday, anniversary, get well, gifts and I shop here for myself and have added a few cool home decor pieces for myself. The owner of the store is lovely and an amazing part of the James St. & Hamilton Community.
Absolutely loved this place. The store is inviting and items are displayed with care. Unique, beautiful items that make great housewarming gifts (or something for you!) There are even cute baby clothes.
