I had an excellent experience at this car wash thanks to Shane. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. Shane was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions clearly, and took the time to explain everything with genuine kindness and patience. His customer service was outstanding and really made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like Shane are what keep customers coming back. Highly recommend!

Took my car in yesterday and got their elite detailed cleaning package. The service was fast, employees were friendly but I could hardly see driving home tonight. Looks like they used the same rag to clean the inside windshield as they did to wipe the floor with.
