I highly recommend this business for any printing needs! Shawn accommodated my last-minute order and took the time to get creative, delivering an even nicer booklet than I had originally envisioned. Excellent service and attention to detail.
It is a rare thing these days to find someone who provides quality work, at a very reasonable price, and with a quick turnaround time. And yet somehow, I found all of that in Shawn. From our friendly first chat on the phone, to his patience with me and my many questions, he was a true pleasure to work with. And not only that, he went out of his way to make sure I'd be satisfied with the end result. I will absolutely be recommending Shawn to anyone I know who could use the services of a local print shop, and I look forward to working with him in the future!
If I could give 6 stars I would. Shawn was amazing to work with. We hosted an event at a near by venue and had a ton of last minute printing. Shawn worked with me till after midnight just to get the order completed. The quality was amazing and the price better than anything you'll get at Fedex etc. If you need a printer use Shawn he won't disappoint.
It took me two weeks to write this review! But there’s no way I could not write one! My experience and finished product with Print Professionals was more than I could ever ask for! Prior to finding them, I called around looking for pricing for our navy ceremony programs for days. One, It was terribly expensive, and two, it was going to take so long to get the programs printed. I was on such a time crunch. I needed my programs to be done in at least a day or two max. Shawn made it happen!!! He was out of town at the time when I called to confirm if he could assist our family. He told me not to worry and that he would start working on it that very night! He sent multiple videos making sure we truly liked the programs. He pays attention to detail and I can tell he truly knows his stuff! His rates are so good as well. You won’t walk away feeling robbed. Shawn really wanted to be sure that we were completely satisfied. Not just with the customer service, but our final product. That meant EVERYTHING TO US during such a hectic time. I will go to him again for any printing needs! Thank you for all your hard work!
I can’t say enough great things! I called on a Sunday with a last-minute wedding menu project, and Shawn not only answered but jumped right in to help. He kept me updated throughout the process, even sending me videos of the work in progress, and gave great recommendations on paper types to make the menus look perfect. The attention to detail and personal service here is something you will never get at Staples, FedEx, or any big-box print shop. Shawn truly went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out beautifully and at a very fair price. I’m so grateful for his help and can’t recommend him highly enough! 11/10 highly recommend
