Ethan arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently replaced my Viking oven's control board. He deftly removed the double oven from the built in cabinetry and to my surprise, vacuumed the workspace once he finished repairs. He was affable and courteous and even helped me troubleshoot a separate issue I had with my oven's clock. He is an asset to any company and I personally hope he will be around to service my Viking double oven for many years.
Called to have our washer diagnosed as it was not draining. Within the first 3 minutes - said they can not pull out the washer (said it was not secure on the pedestal) and then charged $203 for the trip fee. I asked - can you just look at the other washer and ensure the filter is clean, so I at least get something for your "visit" - I was told that would be an extra $99 for a second machine. While I understand there is a trip charge (time / vehicle) - I do not understand why they could not substitute the other washer. He said I will send you a quote for repair so you have something for the $200 charge. Interesting the quote was for $1200 repair to replace the pump. More than a new machine. I am shocked they have such great reviews.
Brad C came to service my dryer and quickly diagnosed the squeaking noise. He was able to order the parts and will return when they arrive. He also uncrushed the dryer hose to make sure there were no obstructions. In general he was professional and a wealth of info on washer/dryers. I have used Professional Appliances before and never disappointed.
Jerry arrived promptly and within the first hour of the 2 hr arrival window. He was very polite & professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a breakdown of where the problem lied and even gave me a full game plan of what was needed to get it back to working. He was very transparent and it is clear he was experienced. I will definitely use their services again, I would highly recommend them!
