I've had their maintenance service for a year now, and they've been nothing but professional. They completely checked and cleaned out my mini split inverters with their initial inspection and have came out when needed to keep the units tuned up during summer. My technician Lot has been incredibly helpful and a pro (especially when he had to make an emergency visit when one of my units started leaking). I'm happy to have them on call when I need my AC serviced.
The technician did a great job repairing my refrigerator. My doors were too heavy to stay properly sealed, and they were letting warm air inside, heating up my food. Now all my food is preserved.Thank you Ross!
I was looking for central and Steve came by to provide an estimate. He was professional and above all, honest. I greatly appreciated their commitment to working within my price range and he was very knowledgeable and walked me through the multiple quotes I received and remained professional and polite throughout. He spent as much time needed to answer any and all questions I had and would highly recommend.
Had several problems with our 2 AC units. One where the fan was not operating and the other that was not cooling effectively. Their technician "Lot" was excellent. He took his time to troubleshoot/testing and told us immediately along the way what he found and what the cause and potential options were for each. He gave us tips for proper operation and extending the life of the units. He had to go out to find a component that was defective and returned promptly. He was just so professional and so good at explaining each phase of his review and and repairs. We will definitely be seeing Lot next time we have issues with our unit or just need an evaluation. Highly recommend.
Steve and Lat are an exceptional team! Steve was the third technician from the third company that I reached out to troubleshoot my Bryant split unit heating and AC system. He traced it down to two circuit cards and even found the root cause, which was an old wire that had been grounded out. Saved me a bunch of money fixing my 10 year old unit and was the most professional and courteous tradesman I have ever met. It was truly a great experience, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of heating or AC.
