David is a great real estate agent to work with. He helped me both sell my home and purchase a new one, and I received more than I expected when selling my home. He was always available whenever I reached out, regardless of the time of day. When I needed him to conduct research or communicate with other real estate agents, he consistently did so with a strong sense of urgency. David is highly knowledgeable about the local market and very skilled at navigating the buying and selling process. He was extremely patient while I viewed multiple properties and never hesitated to drive around to show homes. I highly recommend David as your real estate agent—you won’t be disappointed.
I must say I am please with progressive urban, ive been in my apartment nearly 10 months. I've needed some after move in repairs, twice i called for maintenance, my call was returned that day or the next and maintenance person Mr Carlton came both times. Nice man proffional repairs both times, as leaving a suggestion was made by Mr Carlton minor repair but it would have made me a little more comfortable, having to do with a storm door and flow of fresh air, I thought that was cool felt he thought of me and my comfort. This visit I needed a over head light fixture and another repair. I have to say as a renter for years the service and the rapid response and repairs done, Awsome Mr Carlton thanks progressive : ) 5 star,!
I worked with Oliver Moreau for the better part of five months to sell five rental properties in a complicated reverse 1031 exchange. This was a difficult period where we were in a rush to sell all five in a short amount of time. Oliver was amazing throughout. He is extremely personable and very responsive. He is very communicative and a wonderful representative for your home. He retains his good humor through trickly deals and tenants love him. Oliver priced the homes thoughtfully and took wonderful photos. He pointed out any repairs that were needed. He navigated several hiccups with buyers and tenants with grace and I am so grateful to him for being my realtor during this stressful time. Even though we were in a rush, we still got really good prices, especially in this very weird market. Dave was also there in the background offering his advice. I would highly recommend Oliver and Dave, they work so smoothly with their sister property management company Progressive Urban Property Management which I also highly recommend. Thank you, Oliver, for an amazing job!
