MCKENZIE (name dropped) is literally a GOAT and has such a real and positive attitude and her engagement with customers makes the experience here that much better. Cleaning up after drunk customers is a hard job and I commend her for persevering 🙏🙏
Repeated horrific experiences by me and my friends from this woman staff there ruining the overall reputation of this club. Rest of the staff are humble & warm along with a decent venue space but due to one staff member we have always faced brutal racism. I asked their name & it was Catlyn or something claiming to be the manager who also accused a friend & threw them out of the club for asking at the bar if they had a long island ice tea. Not the first time this person has called security for her lack of communication. And going by the other reviews for the venue, this appears to be a very repetitive behaviour with other customers too. Hope this comes to the attention of the club owner & they act on it before this not so potential manager ruins impacts their crowd further.
We went to attend the Thumka Bollywood even and I have been kicked out with accuse of wrong behavior. However, we simply taking to bar tender who was already frustrated through bottles and can in the bin with showing anger while serving to the customers. Without any reason she called security guards to complain simply satisfy her anger and frustration. Security guards did not understand the situation and kicked us out without our fault. We were not drunk and in a full conscious. Very unprofessional behavior by bar tender. I would not recommend going there. Customers service is very unprofessional.
Very disappointing experience. Out of nowhere, a random girl accused me of saying something about her that I simply did not say. Instead of verifying anything, she reported it to the security staff, who immediately treated the accusation as fact. The most frustrating part was that the security guards were ready to throw us out without any explanation or chance to clarify the situation. We asked calmly and respectfully what the issue was, but were met with hostility and zero communication. A club should feel safe and fair for everyone, not like you can be removed instantly based on an unverified claim. This kind of handling shows poor training and a complete lack of professionalism from the security team. Won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect and fair treatment.
I wanted to try the STEP BACK IN TIME experience. Gatsby themed and beautiful decor. I loved the Ladies Room especially. Dj was great last night 🌙 👌 🙌 there was a vibe in the building. Met so many wonderful people and even from even my home town visiting. Definitely a friendly atmosphere. It turned out to be a fun filled night.
