Our water heater needed to be replaced with below zero temperatures, on a holiday weekend. We contacted 10 different businesses looking for estimates and Pronto was the fastest response, most reasonable estimate, most experienced representatives to work with as well as the techs who visited for the work! They arrived on time, had the work done in two hours and were extremely professional and answered all the questions I had. I will return for future services and will recommend to family and friends!
Pronto customer service was excellent, scheduled a home visit after hours when our furnace randomly stopped working. Chris was our technician and he was polite, through, explained everything and very transparent. Would recommend Pronto to anyone!
We have used Pronto for boiler tuneups and high velocity air conditioner tuneups. In addition, this summer they replaced our old air conditioning system that could no longer be repaired since the freon it used was no longer up to code. We needed them to come out with just a very short notice because we had out-of-town guests coming in shortly and didn’t want them to melt in the heat. They did and we now have a new unit that works well and was set up before our guests arrived. The workers are all very polite, informative, clean up after their work is done. I’d recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs.
Pronto crew was amazing! 5 stars! Joseph arrived on time after an overnight snowstorm. He was an excellent commentator, removed to old system, installed the new and went over everything at the end. His partner Derek was equally awesome, he set up the thermostat and worked on the setting up the Heat Pump. Derek went over & above and even shoveled the 6 inches of snow off my driveway! Great Team! The Pronto Service process is the best in the Twin Cities. Routine maintenance scheduling is fast and easy. Follow up on scheduled work is automated with "heads up" communication prior to on site work. Technician information is provided with estimated time of arrival (directly for Technician), a name and photo is provided of your technician and you are getting a trained and certified resource for your HVAC equipment. Our technician, Logan Feist was excellent, informative, professional, and customer focused. I hope we get him again for our spring check up service!
