This is a horrible company. I purchased a wtr filter system and it arrived with outlet pipe broken off. They refuse to return my (5) calls. This is obviously a prior returned/damaged item and the shipping box looks like it went through a meat grinder. They refuse to honor returns, even though they send you junk. I filled out their website form with numerous pics they demand, within their 5 workday requirement and have received no reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
Zero stars. This is my first negative review ever, and unfortunately Pool Spa Supplies earned it. They sent me a USED spa pillow — stains, wear, everything. I emailed customer service immediately to ask about returning it, and they’ve completely ignored me since. No reply, no help, nothing. Terrible product, even worse customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
I did troubleshooting with the technical advisor, John B. What a great guy! He advised me through some testing and diagnosed the need for a new topside control for my spa. I received it promptly, installed the control and all is good. I highly recommend this company and their employees.
PSS has helped me get my spa system up and running again. A big shout out to John B. For giving me directions on how to troubleshoot my issues. I will not hesitate to call again for whatever parts and consultation in the future. You all rock!!
John in customer support was extremely helpful in guiding me through the different products to buy. He provided several options and clearly explained all the steps I needed to take to replace the components in my hot tub. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone reviewing everything in detail. He is a very knowledgeable technician who offered valuable insights into my issue and how to solve it. I couldn’t be happier with his assistance. I ordered the recommended components, and they were shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. It also helped that their prices were very competitive.
