Appreciate his calm demeanor & customer care at the beginning & the end of the work. Clear communication at the beginning would have been helpful to explain the multi day support which was not consecutive days. The large plumbing pipe replacement began on Friday and did not complete until late Monday. I did not realize work was not supported over the weekend. It caused some issues with personal & work commitments.
I made a call and was added to the "list"; within a few hours, they arrived at my home. Kyle and Josh were extremely polite and kind. There was no pressure for a sales pitch. They addressed the issue and provided a professional assessment of what they observed, treating me (a woman) with respect and acknowledging my understanding of the situation. I received multiple estimates on how to resolve the problem, without any pressure to proceed. They offered to email me all the necessary information, and that concluded our interaction. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely reach out to them when I am able to afford the repairs
