I love Pupstudio. As a picky person who loves her mini poodle they’re my #1. Haven’t been anywhere else since I found them. My pup is very shy and he always feels comfortable here, they’ve seen him grow up. I have been coming here since they opened and they’ve never let me down in the four years! I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a groomer. The prices are great considering how amazing the pups end up looking and feeling after! The groomers always listen to exactly what you want so be specific!!!
Pupstudio is my go to place for dog grooming! My dog absolutely loves this place. Everytime we come here, the staff is always so welcoming and always meet my expectations when it comes to how I want my dog groomed. I highly recommend this place.
I initially booked Pup Studio because of the great reviews. While the facility itself is nice, my experience with the staff was just okay, and I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. As a Black customer, that stood out to me. When I showed photos of how I wanted my puppy groomed, the groomer seemed confused and acted as if the style wasn’t possible. I was able to watch my puppy being bathed, and she looked very fluffy after being blow-dried. Once the actual grooming began, I left and returned about two hours later. When my puppy came out, she had been cut extremely short—far more than I asked for. Her face was not shaped the way I requested and looked jagged. On top of that, every other female dog that came out was wearing a bow or feminine collar, while my dog was given a checkered handkerchief that felt more masculine. It may seem small, but it added to the overall discomfort of the experience. I asked to see the style binder and whether photos had been taken of my dog. I was told there were no binders available and that no photos were taken. However, when I checked their social media page, I saw photos posted of all the other dogs that were there that day, which raised concerns for me. I was originally quoted $180, but when it came time to pay, an additional $20+ was added without a clear explanation. Overall, I wouldn’t return. I didn’t feel welcomed, and my dog was not groomed according to my requests or presented the same way as other female dogs. (these are my own photos, they did NOT take photos of my dog)
This is the perfect place to take your dog! It’s very clean and it’s very clear that the staff likes dogs. I bought a coat and 100% pure egg volk for my Iggy and I’m very happy with the quality of both items. There’s staff that watch over the dogs at all times which I was very pleased to see.
I’ve been taking my puppy for full service spa grooming since she was 6 months old, and will never take my puppy anywhere else! The booking process is very easy and I’m always able to find an appointment. The groomers are very attentive to my needs and wants and ask detailed questions to ensure I’m happy with the results. The process takes 3 hours but their service is so quick that it’s done in 2.5. I’m always surprised at the end finish, even though I’ve discussed what I wanted beforehand, because the groomers OVER deliver! The accessories that come with the service are always a cute touch. I’ve collected 4 bibs so far, which make my puppy look luxurious and stylish. I also appreciate the groomer’s report and booklet they provide for me to keep track of her services and healthcare. She leaves the salon happy, beautifully groomed, soft and fresh - from head, mouth, body and paws. I always get compliments at the dog park. Truly a show dog 💕
