I have worked with PURCOR, and I love the service and the results. I’ve tried for years to get rid of weed and once I contacted them, the weed was gone with zero to no effort on my side. Affordable and convenient. Today Terry came and announced his visit and did a splendid job. Polite and fast.
We had a fantastic experience with Purcor. We thought we had bed bugs and were able to get a next day appointment during a busy time of years. Jesse had excellent communication and arrived in a timely fashion. He was thorough and extremely helpful in guiding us towards next steps even though they didn’t involve needing to work with a pest control company. He was also super patient with our toddler who was present for the appointment! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Stephen from PURCOR Pest, great customer service! Answered all my questions, he kept me updated on everything from texting the day before of when he will be arriving then his ETA the day of & then calling when he arrived. He came in and answered all my questions and explained everything, he was quick like under 2 minutes and left. Thank you for ur service!
We switched from a previous pest control service that wasnt very good, and from the beginning, purcor has been amazing! Lito is very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately started targeting areas of concern. I also appreciate his terrific customer service and excellent communication. We look forward to working more with Lito and Purcor!
DO NOT give Purcor your credit card information. After requesting service cancellation in August due to incomplete work and billing errors, Purcor charged my card $2,783.03 WITHOUT authorization over a month later. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Problems throughout: -Did not complete contracted work, left job site without cleanup, unresponsive to follow-up calls. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.
