we just can't say enough of good things about pure Property management we have been tenants for close to five years now with them and they are the greatest management rental company that we've ever been involved with ...,whatever we had a problem. I can't say enough good things about Pure Property Management. From approving my rental application same-day, to great communication and professionalism, to extremely timely and high-quality maintenance, I truly feel lucky to have Pure on my side. I want to give a special shout out to Kim, my property manager. She has been kind, professional, and responsive every step of the way. My partner and I regularly talk about how we want to be the easiest tenants possible to repay Kim and the Pure team for how much they've done for us. Also, as a lesbian couple, sometimes finding housing can feel a bit scary because of discrimination, but Kim and the rest of the management group have only made us feel welcomed and at home. Thank you all—it's truly a pleasure to feel safe and taken care of in our home.

Originally started with Bob and KTB. When he left so did all of the skill of taking care of property owners. Kim P. seemed to be in over her head a lot of times and definitely did not seem to always be looking out for our investment properties. When we decided to move to a different company we had to deal with Joseph. His lack of communication was symbolic of how unprofessional we found the company as a whole this last year. Seeing what the level of service is from management at PURE helped to confirm that we made the right choice in going to a different management company. If you are looking for a company to take care of your investment property, this is definitely not the company you would want to use.
