Simply fantastic facial and massage with Anja she is so skilled and her customer service was brilliant. Pure Spa need to review maasage prices too expensive but I had voucher as gift would recommend Anja X
Absolutely amazing massage! Everything was perfect, and Anja was truly fantastic professional, kind, and very attentive. I felt completely relaxed and looked after. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back!

I had booked the Autumn Glow Up and then read reviews afterwards that suggested this company was not all it was cracked up to be, so I was dubious to say the least. I went into Bristol ahead of the appointment Trent to visit the spa and confirm details of my booking as I didn’t want a wasted trip. The spa was closed (this was a Wednesday at 3pm) and looked filthy from the outside and as I looked through the windows looked totally disorganised - and it was fully shut. However, I put my reservations to one side and did not cancel the appointment which was scheduled for the Friday. On Thursday night at around 8:15pm I received a phone call from Pure saying that my therapist had phoned in sick and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I wasn’t surprised in the slightest and asked for a refund. Luckily for me the money has been refunded but I have completely lost any faith in this company and will not be returning let alone recommending them.
One of the best massages I’ve had! Super smooth check in/out, friendly and welcoming staff. The massage itself was fantastic (I went for the 80 minute luxury massage) and she applied the perfect amount of pressure to all different parts of the body (and I like a firm massage, so I was happily surprised!). Left relaxed and muscles aren’t tight. Would recommend!
